1. All DVD’s & videos are dispatched within a 24hr period from the time that you have actually placed and confirmed your order. All products are sent in a plain, extra tough bubble wrapped envelope. This is done for your privacy & contents protection.
2. All downloadable videos will be available to view within 30 minutes after placing & confirming your order. A technical support team will be on standby 24hrs a day to help you with any problems should they arise.
3. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your order, we will fully refund your money. This would be extremely rare and has never happened to us before! Please see our refund/return policy for more details.
4. In order to give our customer complete peace of mind, we automatically insure all of our videos & DVDs. The insurance fee is included in the standard $23.95 fee and covers each video for damage, loss or defective operation! For further information, please see our refund/return policy.

I am having some problems ordering my video/download
If you are having some problems ordering from our website, then the following may contain some useful information that may be able to help you -
1. If your credit card is rejected, then perhaps you have reached your maximum allowable spending limit. In this case, please contact your bank.
2. Our gateway (credit card processing system) is fully automatic, if ever a credit card is rejected then the reason is likely to be that you have entered some wrong details in the credit card details section. In this case, please review your details carefully and make the necessary alterations.
If none of the above will work for you, then we have the following options -
1. You can order via email (it is still reasonably secure because we will ramble your credit card number). This can be done by clicking on the "Order by email" link displayed on our home page.
2. Alternatively, you can try closing your account and setting up a new account and carefully adding all of the correct details.
