JB & D. Sports Films Refund Return Policy
1. All of our videos & DVDs are fully insured and
we will immediately replace any damaged or defective DVDs or VHS videos
upon receiving the damaged or defective unit. There is no postage charge
on the replacement video or DVD!
2. We will replace any lost video or DVD that has not
arrived at its destination after a 15 working day period from the day
that your order was placed. To claim a replacement video or DVD, you must
simply notify us by email after the 15 working days period has expired.
3. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill
an order, we hereby agree to fully refund your money immediately.
4. We provide a full 24hr technical
support for all of our downloadable videos. In
the unlikely event that a customer cannot view their requested movie, they should
a. Visit our troubleshooting guide by clicking on the “Download
video info/Tech support” button located at the top of our home page.
b. If the problem cannot be resolved from our troubleshooting guide, then the
customer should lodge a complaint with our 24hr technical support/help desk
located at the bottom of that same page. Our technical support team will normally
respond to your enquiry within a few hours.
In the unlikely event that our technical support team cannot resolve your problem
within a 24hr period, then we will send to you the same movie in either VHS
video (NTSC) or DVD with a free delivery.
