solved by checking the listed problems below and following the recommended answers.
How do I purchase a downloadable video?
1. Please click on any “online theatre” button
or “download video” button on our home page & select the video
of your choice.
2 . Click on the buy now button.
3. Click on the download option at the bottom (left) of the video description
page
4. Follow the normal purchasing instructions to the end and you will see your
download links displayed at the end of your transaction on the confirmation
of order page.
5. Wait a few minutes for your links to become active and you can start your
download.
Shopping Cart
Problems:
Q: How do I remove an unwanted product from my shopping
cart?
A: To remove an unwanted product, simply click on the shopping cart inside your
account. At the top left hand corner of each photograph there is a small square
box. Simply click on this box and then click on update from the main buttom
below the photographs (color blue).
Ordering problems
I am having some problems ordering my video/download
If you are having some problems ordering from our website, then the following may contain some useful information that may be able to help you -
1. If your credit card is rejected, then perhaps you have reached your maximum allowable spending limit. In this case, please contact your bank.
2. Our gateway (credit card processing system) is fully automatic, if ever a credit card is rejected then the reason is likely to be that you have entered some wrong details in the credit card details section. In this case, please review your details carefully and make the necessary alterations.
If none of the above will work for you, then we have the following options -
1. You can order via email (it is still reasonably secure because we will ramble your credit card number). This can be done by clicking on the "Order by email" link displayed on our home page.
2. Alternatively, you can try closing your account and setting up a new account and carefully adding all of the correct details.
Download Problems:
Q: My video will not download?
A: Please wait up to half an hour after purchasing your video to allow for the
download to go to your directory.
Q: How long does it take to
download?
A: It will take approximately 25 to 45 minutes to download one fight using broadband.
A dial up connection of 56K speed will take longer (approx 6 hours) to download
one fight
Q: How many times can I download
my movie & when will my downloadable movie expire?
A: You may download your movie up to a maximum of 20 times in a period
of 14 days. After this time, if you have not watched your movie, then please
contact our technical support so that they can help you to re-activate your
downloadable links.
Q:How many times can I watch my movie?
A: Once you have downloaded your movie on to your hard drive, you can
watch the movie over and over as many times as you like.
Q: Is there any software that
can help to reduce the downloading problems?
A: Yes. We highly recommend that you use the following download manager to speed
up the downloading process and to help to reduce the possibility of any downloading
fall outs or problems. The following downloading manager is available for free
at www.speedbit.com/DAP7/default.asp
Q: Can I download one fight
at a time?
A: When downloading has started, you may download the whole movie or you may
download one fight at a time. Please note that the smallest download should
be at least one fight.
Q: When I click on the download
link, I do not get any response?
A: Your firewall may be blocking the download. Please disable your firewall
& try again.
Q: Part 3 of my order will not
download?
A: Please exit & re-enter your account.

Q: I have downloaded the video, but it will not play?
A: Make sure that you have downloaded the latest version of Windows Media Player
from www.microsoft.com
or you can download the latest version of Realplayer
